“I was pleasantly surprised at this business in my neighborhood. It is one of the very few that provides great customer service without making you wait all day. I had called ahead for an unexpected injury to my dog, and I was a new patient. Dr. Grant fit my old dog into the schedule very quickly. He was very patient and gentle with my 15-year-old lab, and assisted us professionally and personably. His communication skills are top notch!! He is realistic and positive, and advised me on long-term treatment for my dog’s arthritis with my regular vet, and as my dogs have come off of health plans through a large chain veterinarian system, I asked if he could treat her. He was straight up with what he would need to do before he would prescribe her meds, so I asked him to go ahead. When he told me he would call me later in the day with results of her blood test, I didn’t hold out any hope of hearing from his office, because my own doctors have been lax when it comes to calling back with test results. When I checked out, I expected to get hit hard in my bank account, but the prices were very reasonable. And, imagine my surprise when I received a call from, not a nurse, but the doc himself. I will definitely continue my old girl’s care with him, and will call tomorrow to schedule my other dog.”
